Dr. Carrie Clark receives Educator of the Year Award
BLOOMINGTON, Minn., May 20, 2013 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- The Minnesota Chiropractic Association (MCA) recognized Dr. Carrie Clark as the 2013 Educator of the Year. During the MCA convention and awards ceremony Dr. Clark was honored for her unselfish dedication to public education and the advancement of chiropractic.
As chairperson of the MCA Education Committee, Dr. Clark has diligently worked to ensure that Minnesota doctors of chiropractic have the absolute best information available to advance their practice.
In addition to keeping doctors informed of the latest information, Dr. Clark also embraces educating the general public about overall health and wellness. MCA president, Dr. Christian Kollar stated, "under her leadership and direction, the MCA has been able to help empower the public with information that helps them make informed decisions about their health and when people have good information, they make better decisions."
Other awards given during the convention included the John Allenburg Meritorious Award, 25 Years of Distinguished Service Award, the President's Award and the Chiropractor of the Year Award.
