DPG Investments, LLC Provides Advisory Services on $125 Million Transaction for Nashville Redevelopment Property

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., Dec. 2, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- DPG Investments, LLC is pleased to announce that it provided advisory services to the buyer group in connection with the acquisition of an urban core redevelopment site in downtown Nashville.  The nearly 15-acre site has been the home of LifeWay Christian Ministries for decades, but LifeWay's planned relocation caused the downtown campus to become available for alternative uses. The acquisition price was $125 million.
