Dover Corporation Increases Dividend By 6%
DOWNERS GROVE, Ill., Aug. 5 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The Board of Directors of Dover Corporation (NYSE: DOV) today increased its quarterly cash dividend to $0.275 (twenty-seven and one half cents) per share, from the previous $0.26 (twenty-six cents) per share, an increase of 6%. This is the 55th consecutive year in which Dover has paid an increased cash dividend, giving it the fourth longest record of consecutive annual dividend increases of all listed companies, as reported by Mergent's Dividend Achievers.
This increased dividend will be paid on September 15, 2010 to shareholders of record as of August 31, 2010.
