Dover Corporation Declares Regular Quarterly Cash Dividend

NEW YORK, Feb. 11 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The Board of Directors of Dover Corporation (NYSE: DOV) today declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.26 (twenty-six cents) per share, payable on March 15, 2010 to shareholders of record as of February 28, 2010.
