Douglas M. Steenland appointed Chairman of Travelport Limited

ATLANTA, May 1, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Travelport Limited, a leading provider of critical transaction processing and data for the global travel industry, today announces the appointment of Douglas M. Steenland as Chairman of the Board of Directors.  Mr. Steenland was previously Vice Chairman, a position he held since August, 2011.

Jeff Clarke, who was previously Chairman of the Board, a role he has performed since February, 2012, and a member of the Board since 2006, will continue to serve as a Director and will Chair the Audit Committee as well as serve on the Compensation Committee.

The changes are effective immediately and follow the recent successful comprehensive refinancing of the group.
