Douglas Elliman Wins Big At Long Island Business News Real Estate And Development Awards

WOODBURY, N.Y., April 30, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Douglas Elliman Real Estate won nine out of eighteen residential awards at the prestigious and highly competitive Long Island Business News Real Estate and Development Awards. The ceremony was held on April 26^th at the Crest Hollow Country Club in Woodbury, NY and honored top commercial and residential brokers as well as builders and developers from across Long Island. Award recipients were selected by the LIBN editorial staff based on 2012 sales volume, gross commission income (GCI), and interviews.

In the Nassau County category, Maggie Keats of the Port Washington Office won Top Producer by GCI. Joyce Colletti (Long Beach Office) won Top Producer by closed sales volume. The Tripodi Team (Long Beach Office) won Top Producer by sales volume and GCI.

In the Suffolk County category, Lina Lopes-Jata (Central Suffolk Office) won Top Producer by sales volume, while the Scarito Team (Smithtown Office) earned Top Producer by sales volume and GCI.

In the East End category, Lynda Packard (Southampton Office) won the Top Producer by GCI, while the Enzo Morabito Team (Bridgehampton and Westhampton Offices) earned the Top Producer by sales volume and GCI. The Residential Office of the Year distinction went to Douglas Elliman's Southampton Office, managed by Ray Smith.

The Rising Star in Residential Real Estate in the rentals category went to Lauren Sher of the Great Neck Brokerage.
