Douglas Elliman Celebrates South Florida Agents With 2012 Awards Ceremony At Cipriani
Firm Honors Top Brokers Including Senada Adzem and Chad Carroll
NEW YORK, March 11, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- On February 27th, Douglas Elliman President and CEO Dottie Herman hosted the firm's agents and employees to honor successful brokers at the annual awards celebration. Agents from South Florida and New York City were celebrated at the gathering.

The award for Top Producer of 2012 went to Senada Adzem of the Boca Raton office. Adzem represents the most discerning clientele and luxury properties in South Florida. She continues to set records in performance and price with such notable sales as the single largest sale at the St. Regis Bal Harbour, the highest price per square foot for a condominium property at One Thousand Ocean in Boca Raton, and the largest condominium sale in Palm Beach County.
Chad Carroll of the Miami office was awarded the Top Individual prize by GCI (Gross Commission Income). Carroll services areas across South Florida from Miami Beach to Boca Raton as a preeminent agent for luxury residential and investment properties. The Pinnacle Award, given to those who earned $1 million or more in GCI in one calendar year, was awarded to Senada Adzem of the Boca Raton Office and Chad Carroll of the Miami office.
