Douglas Elliman And NYU Schack Announce Fall Scholarship Recipients

NEW YORK, July 10, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Douglas Elliman Real Estate and the New York University Schack Institute of Real Estate, a division of the NYU School of Continuing and Professional Studies (NYU-SCPS), announce the Douglas Elliman Scholarship Master's Candidates Recipients for Fall 2014: Maria Juliana Soto Nieto and Matthew Moore. The Douglas Elliman Scholars were chosen through a rigorous selection process and will each receive funds toward tuition for the degree in which they are enrolled within the NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate.

Established by Douglas Elliman in 2012, the Douglas Elliman Scholarship is the first program of its kind funded by a residential real estate firm for NYU Schack. Douglas Elliman is donating a total of $100,000 over five years to support qualified students who seek the highest standard of education in either NYU Schack's M.S. in Real Estate or M.S. in Real Estate Development. Both Ms. Soto and Mr. Moore are candidates for a Master of Science in Real Estate, and both are top achievers at NYU Schack who maintain A averages.
