Doug Wagoner Joins TeraThink Board of Directors

Earlier this year, Wagoner retired as Sector President at Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC).  In this role, Wagoner led SAIC's delivery of services and solutions and their 13,500 employees. Additionally, Wagoner was responsible for SAIC's technology portfolio including alliances and R&D investments. During his ten-year career at SAIC, Wagoner oversaw the multi-billion-dollar spinoff of SAIC from former parent Leidos that occurred in 2013.  Prior to the spinoff, Wagoner led SAIC's Homeland and Civilian Solutions business units.

Wagoner has 30 years of experience as a leader in the federal Information Technology and Management Consulting marketplace.  Wagoner also is an awardee of the prestigious Fed100 list, which honors influential leaders in the government contracting arena.

Earlier this month, TeraThink announced its merger with Dominion Consulting, a technology and management consulting firm specializing in Agile development and IT modernization. The newly formed company will double its size to $80 million in annual revenue evenly allocated across defense and federal civilian customers including Washington Headquarter Services, The Joint Staff, DLA, DOJ, DHS, and USDA.
