SEATTLE, Feb. 18, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- First Sound Bank (OTCBB;FSWA) today announced that it has named Doug Stauduhar senior vice president and chief financial officer. He will be responsible for all accounting and financial functions of the bank and serve on its Senior Management Team.
Prior to joining First Sound Bank, Stauduhar served ten years as vice president and chief financial officer with Community Bank, Inc. of Missoula, Montana. There he also served as a member of the Senior Management Team, chaired the bank's Asset-Liability Committee, and managed its investment portfolio.
Stauduhar graduated in 2000 from the University of Montana in Missoula, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in accounting.
