(NASDAQ: DBLE), an independent oil and gas exploration and production company, will report its first quarter 2013 financial and operating results on Wednesday, May 8, 2013.  The Company will host a conference call to discuss the results on Thursday, May 9, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time (9 a.m. Mountain Time).  The conference call information is as follows:
