DotImage 9.0's New Features Include Forms Processing, PDF Page Manipulation, Microsoft Silverlight Printing, and More
EASTHAMPTON, Mass., April 14 /PRNewswire/ -- Atalasoft today confirmed the upcoming release of DotImage 9.0, the latest release of the leading imaging and PDF toolkit for .NET applications. It will be launched April 20 at the 2010 AIIM Exposition in Philadelphia.
DotImage 9.0's new features include:
.NET Forms Processing – a new DotImage module gives developers the ability to write applications that recognize and align forms to match a known template and perform OMR (optical mark recognition) on them. Atalasoft has runtime royalty-free options available for some desktop deployments of Forms Processing.
New .NET PDF Features – Encryption/decryption, page manipulation, and bookmarks are now supported.
Silverlight – Silverlight 4.0 is now supported, including printing. This is in addition to the already available Silverlight annotations, the first imaging annotation SDK for Silverlight.
Visual Studio 2010 – Integrated with toolbox and includes .NET 4.0 assemblies.
