Because the medical resources available are very limited in Guatemala, Globalife resupplies a medicine cabinet when they visit the county. This medicine helps reduce the spread of infection and other health issues associated with insanitation. Globalife also coordinates with the shelters to provide hygiene and healthcare education, emotional wellness counseling, clothing and shoes for those in need, and more. Globalife is also in the beginning stages of creating a transitioning scholarship program for the young women who must leave the shelter but cannot return to their families.

Aside from Guatemala, Globalife leads mission trips to Nepal, Mexico, and Nigeria. Each mission trip's focus differs according to the needs of each location and is structured to create the greatest impact on those they help.
