Doris P. Meister joins M&T Management Group, to head Wilmington Trust wealth unit
BUFFALO, N.Y., July 28, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- M&T Bank Corporation ("M&T")(NYSE: MTB) announced today that Doris P. Meister will join the company's Management Group as an Executive Vice President, effective August 15, 2016, and will head its Wilmington Trust wealth management businesses.
Meister comes to Wilmington Trust from BNY Mellon, where she served since 2009 as President of U.S. Markets for BNY Wealth Management. She has 40 years of financial and executive management experience.
Originally from Michigan, Meister graduated from Smith College with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, and earned a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Marketing from the University of Chicago Booth Graduate School of Business.
