DoorDash Now Delivering In San Antonio, Texas

SAN FRANCISCO, June 13, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- DoorDash, the technology company that connects customers with the most local restaurants by offering door to door delivery, today announced its launch in San Antonio, Texas. This announcement marks DoorDash's expansion into 25 major metropolitan markets across the US and Canada to date.

Starting today, customers in San Antonio will be able to order from hundreds of restaurants in the area via the DoorDash Android or iOS app or online at doordash.com. At launch, delivery will be available for the special rate of $1, with no order minimums.

Fast and fresh delivery will be available in under one hour from local San Antonio favorites, including:

• Grimaldi's
• Tarka Indian Kitchen
• Embers Wood Fire Grill
• Thai Topaz

With today's launch, DoorDash's national delivery partnership with restaurants like California Pizza Kitchen and Taco Bell will also extend to San Antonio.
