DoorDash Now Delivering in Columbus, Ohio

Residents in more than 22 Columbus-area neighborhoods can now have food brought to their doorsteps in under an hour

SAN FRANCISCO, April 18, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- DoorDash, the restaurant delivery logistics and technology company that connects customers with local businesses, today announced that the company is now offering delivery in Columbus, Ohio. This announcement marks DoorDash's expansion into its 24th major metropolitan market in the US and Canada.

Starting today, customers in Downtown Columbus, Upper Arlington, Hilliard, Dublin, Powell, Westerville, Worthington, Lewis Center, New Albany, and Gahanna will be able to order from restaurant hotspots and discover new flavors via the DoorDash Android or iOS app or online at DoorDash.com. DoorDash will be expanding into more Columbus neighborhoods later this year. Delivery will be available for a special delivery price of $1 through the end of May.

Fast and fresh delivery will be available in under one hour from local favorites, including:

Bareburger
Dirty Frank's Hot Dog Palace
The Happy Greek
The Thurman Cafe
