NEW YORK, Dec. 2, 2010 /PRNewswire/ -- Donlin, Recano & Company, Inc. Movie giant Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Studios Inc. filed for Chapter 11, along with 159 related cases, in U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York on November 3, 2010.
"This pre-packaged bankruptcy is in an expedited Chapter 11 process which is keeping costs lower than what would have been the case in a more standard restructuring," said Lou Recano, Chief Executive Officer of DRC.
