Mr. McDonald has had over 12 years of experience in law enforcement.  He currently serves as National President of The National Union of Law Enforcement Associations, a position he has held for three years. This organization represents police officers, deputy sheriffs, correction officers, detectives and other law enforcement support personnel.  He continues working for them, representing local unions having difficulties with management, and also works with local lawyers representing management problems for union members.  Mr. McDonald is a member of the Fraternal Order of Police.  He currently lives in McCalla, Alabama, where he enjoys physical fitness and travel.
