Dominus Capital Announces Agreement to Sell Cincinnati Fan to SPX Corporation

NEW YORK, Nov. 15, 2021 /PRNewswire/ -- Dominus Capital, L.P., a leading private equity firm based in New York, announced today that it has entered into a definitive agreement to sell Cincinnati Fan & Ventilator Co., Inc. ("Cincinnati Fan"), a leader in engineered air movement solutions, including blowers and critical exhaust systems, to SPX Corporation (NYSE:SPXC).

The transaction is expected to close by year end 2021 and is subject to regulatory approval and customary closing conditions. Other terms of the transaction are not being disclosed at this time.
