The inaugural advisory board members, cybersecurity experts Mike Convertino, CISO of F5 Networks, and Adam Zoller, information security operations leader of Synchrony Financial, will guide DomainTools as it invests in new team members, data, and systems to best serve the rapidly evolving security market.
With the cost of cybersecurity breaches and scams expected to reach $2.1 trillion globally by 2019, a growing number of business leaders have turned to threat intelligence technology to defend its networks. In response to this rising demand, DomainTools hand selected some of the most highly respected security veterans to help to grow the company as they complete their pivot to an enterprise-grade cybersecurity company. With the advisors on board, the company will expand its reach to serve more businesses that require intuitive and sophisticated resources to profile attackers, protect themselves from security threat risks, and stop cyberattacks in their tracks.

- Mike Convertino, CISO at F5 Networks: Mike Convertino is 26-year veteran responsible for leading large IT operations and security organizations and is extremely well respected in the industry. Prior to F5 Networks, he was CISO and VP of information security at CrowdStrike, Microsoft's senior director of network security, and a decorated retired Air Force Colonel.
- Adam Zoller, Information Security Operations Leader at Synchrony Financial: Adam Zoller has over a decade of information security experience evaluating threats and delivering actionable intelligence to leadership and security teams. Prior to Synchrony Financial, he was the director of cyber intelligence at General Electric and the CIRT manager for Booz Allen Hamilton, where he defended the company's information infrastructure as well as supported initiatives for a number of U.S. Government clients.
