Doctors on Liens and Blessings in a Backpack join forces to help kids in need

LOS ANGELES, July 16, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- For each new doctor they sign, Doctors on Liens, Southern California's premiere physician referral service, will sponsor a child with Blessings in a Backpack, a program that provides elementary school children who are on the Federal Free and Reduced Price Meal Program with a backpack of food to take home for 38 weekends during the school year.  Says Doctors on Liens president Samantha Parker "We wanted to find a way to celebrate our newest doctors, and what better way than to help families in need."
