This release contains many new features, as well as significant performance improvements. Specific highlights OutiM Server 3.1.8 are:
- Faster processing of Exchange Mailboxes, Public Folders and PST files
- Enhanced capabilities in the selection of source content to be processed
- New e-mail deduplication scopes to allow for deduplication across multiple WorkSite databases, or specific dynamically resolved databases, WorkSpaces or Folders
- Added flexibility in setting message metadata including preserving message Read/Unread status in WorkSite as well as particulars about source PST paths and files
- Additional enhancements to DocAuto's unique "Smart Author Processing™" functionality that assigns ownership and security to messages based on the message itself, not the arbitrary source where the message being processed has been stored.
