Regional office and transformer conference to bring best-in-class services, products and education to support Middle East and North Africa
WATERTOWN, Mass. and DUBAI, United Arab Emirates, Oct. 21, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Doble Engineering, a global leader of diagnostic test solutions and an ESCO Technologies, Inc. owned company (NYSE: ESE), has expanded its global footprint by opening a new office in Dubai, UAE.
The office offers Doble's full consulting and testing services, as well as sales and technical support for Doble's suite of diagnostic test equipment. As demand in the region grows, the company is now positioned to provide more robust educational programs and training. Currently, Doble products are distributed through 20 channel partners in the region.

Life of a Transformer™ conferences will also be held in San Antonio, TX, USA in February and Lyon, France in May of 2015. This marks the 13th and 3rd occurrences of the event, respectively. Located in Jumeirah Lake Towers (JLT), Doble Engineering JLT has been established as a limited liability company in Dubai and is currently open for business. Mourad Hamdi, the General Manager of the Middle East office will be running day-to-day operations at Doble JLT. Hamdi joined Doble Engineering Company in August 2012, with more than nine years of experience in the transformer and switchgear manufacturing and utility sectors.
Two new technical application engineers have also been hired to work in the Dubai office and support clients.
