DOAR Taps David Kinnear to Expand Its Corporate Strategy

Key hire underscores DOAR's commitment to addressing the demands of corporate clients

NEW YORK, Oct. 14, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Leading national trial and jury consultancy DOAR today announced that attorney and legal sector veteran David Kinnear is joining the company as Corporate Counsel and Director of Corporate Strategy. In this role, David will spearhead DOAR's expansion of its client base and determine how the company can best address the needs of corporations as they evaluate and assess litigation risks, and consider effective settlement and litigation strategies.

David practiced law at Pinsent Masons and Linklaters in London before moving to New York to join Credit Suisse. Through his career he directed major global outsourcing, shared sourcing, HR operations & process efficiency initiatives, including the digitization of records, the global roll-out of PeopleSoft HRMS & Y2K, and worked extensively in the UK, US, Philippines, India and China markets. Most recently, in conjunction with his advisory consulting, David has been successfully investing in and serving as an advisory board member of several legal services start-ups, including a cloud-based solution for legal process automation and e-filing (recently acquired), and a technology solution for large-scale capture of court and other public data to run commercial risk analyses and predict litigation outcomes.
