DNA Precious Metals Inc. Mandates InnovExplo Inc. to Prepare Independent Technical Report on Montauban Property

MONTREAL, Sept. 8, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- DNA Precious Metals, Inc. ("DNA" or "the Company") (OTCQB: DNAP) announces that it has mandated InnovExplo Inc., a specialized firm in the mining industry located in the Province of Quebec, Canada, to prepare an independent technical report which will be compliant with National Instrument 43-101 on standards of disclosure for mineral projects ("The Report").  The Report will include namely, all field work and studies done by DNA Precious Metals, Inc. on the Montauban Property located in the Province of Quebec, Canada (namely on the resources and on the metallurgy to extract the metals and minerals from the Anacon Lead 1 tailings site).

Furthermore, the Report will include the recent accomplishments by DNA and its professional team.  As a result, the Report will include the latest acquisitions being, the Ste-Anne mining claims, Tectonic mining claims, and the mining lease and mining concession.  The Report will include a description of all property infrastructure work that has been completed such as access to roads, hydro power, and building construction completed by DNA.  Additional highlights will include permits and authorizations issued to DNA from the Quebec Ministries of Environment and Natural Resources as well as a protocol agreement signed with the Municipality of Notre-Dame-de-Montauban, located in the Province of Quebec.

InnovExplo Inc. has a reputable team of geologists, engineers and technicians. InnovExplo Inc. is expected to produce the Report on the Montauban Property by the end of September 2014.
