Effective operation and protected assets – The ISO/IEC 27001:2005 certification is process-based and recognizes organizations that link business objectives with operating effectiveness. The certification process was designed to ensure that the security controls that organizations put in place protect information assets.
Requirements achieved – In earning the certification, DMI demonstrated effective implementation of documentation and records management, a commitment to customer satisfaction, establishment of clear policy, good resource security and management and efficient process control, measurement and analysis.
Third ISO certification – This is DMI's third ISO certification. In 2011, the company received the ISO 20000-1:2011 certification for information technology service management system. In 2009, the company received an ISO 9001:2008 certification for quality management system.
