DJSP Enterprises, Inc. to Present at Roth 22nd Annual OC Growth Stock Conference

PLANTATION, Fla., Feb. 17 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- DJSP Enterprises, Inc., (Nasdaq: DJSP) one of the largest providers of processing services for the mortgage and real estate industries in the United States, today announced that David J. Stern, Chairman and CEO, and Kumar Gursahaney, CFO, will present at the Roth Capital Partners 22nd Annual OC Growth Stock conference, which will be held March 15 -17, 2010 at the Ritz Carlton, Dana Point, Calif. DJSP will present at 11:30 a.m. PT, March 16, Track 1. Management will also be available for one-on-one meetings throughout the day. Interested parties may schedule meetings through their Roth investment representative.
Management will discuss its recent transition to being a publicly traded company through a business combination with Chardan 2008 China Acquisition Corp., which combined with DAL Group, LLC. The Company will discuss its business lines and services. It will also discuss its market position – DJSP clients include 17 out of the 20 largest mortgage servicers in the U.S. – as well as its growth strategy and key growth drivers. The Company has reaffirmed its previously announced guidance of approximately $42 million in adjusted net income and $67.8 million in adjusted EBITDA for Calendar 2009. For 2010, the Company expects to report adjusted net income of approximately $49 million and adjusted EBITDA of approximately $80.6 million, excluding any one time transaction expenses associated with the business combination.
