Dixie Foods International/Preferred Restaurant Brands Opens Second Papa John's Location
LAS VEGAS, Dec. 1, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Dixie Foods International, Inc. (OTCQB: DIXI), which recently announced that it is changing its name to "Preferred Restaurant Brands", announced it opened its second Papa John's location (@ 5015 Roseville Blvd. in Roseville California) this past Saturday.

Roseville, approximately 16 miles northeast of Sacramento, is the largest city in Placer County, California. Roseville's population was estimated to be at approximately 127,000 as of January 1, 2014. Placer County is included in the Sacramento/Roseville/Arden/Arcade, California Metropolitan Statistical Area. It is located in both the Sacramento Valley and Sierra Nevada regions, in what is known as the Gold Country. It stretches from the suburbs of Sacramento to Lake Tahoe and the Nevada border.

The Roseville location is in approximately 1,573 square feet of space, leased and renovated by Preferred Restaurant Brands, in the Foothills And Junction Shopping Center - anchored by a fitness facility, a bank and other restaurants. Located along Foothills Blvd. at Junction, this location serves west Roseville residents. That area also boasts a strong day time populations that includes employees from Hewlett-Packard, Surewest, Sutter and TSI Semiconductors.
Preferred Restaurant Brands currently has eight additional Papa John's locations in the Fresno and Sacramento areas in various stages of planning and construction. The Rocklin location, this one and the locations currently under development are in connection with its exclusive rights to develop Papa John's in trade areas stretching from Fresno to north of Sacramento, California. Preferred Restaurant Brands has committed, per its March 2014 Area Development Agreement with Papa John's, to build 27 locations by the end of 2015 – including its first two locations in Las Vegas.
