Diverse Computing, Inc. Announces New Project with the New Jersey State Police for Their CJIS Modernization Initiative

(DCI), a national leader in criminal justice software and compliance solutions, today announced a new project with the New Jersey State Police (NJSP). DCI has been selected as the preferred vendor for the NJSP Criminal Justice Information System (CJIS) Modernization Initiative.
Through the modernization initiative, DCI will be implementing comprehensive and customized solutions from its flagship eAgent product line to provide critical criminal justice information to authorized users within the State of New Jersey. Utilizing eAgent FUSE, DCI's next generation message switch, and eAgent 2.0, DCI's true zero-footprint, web browser-based NCIC access application, criminal justice users in New Jersey will have access to the most intelligent and state-of-the-art CJIS platform in the industry.
The New Jersey State Police is designated by the FBI as the CJIS Systems Agency (CSA) for the State of New Jersey and through its Criminal Justice Information System Control Unit (CJISU) provides statewide management to criminal justice users with respect to CJIS data. The system consists of over 900 criminal justice agencies and provides users with data from the New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission, FBI's National Crime Information Center (NCIC), and the International Justice and Public Safety Network (NLETS), among others. The NJSP is tasked with ensuring that all statewide users meet NCIC, CJIS and other policy requirements by enforcing system integrity, quality assurance, discipline and security.
