NEW YORK, Jan. 4, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Leading national real estate insurance program manager Distinguished Programs is pleased to announce its new relationship with top-tier global insurance provider Zurich Insurance to underwrite its hallmark program, New York Brick & Brownstone. A program crafted with the nuances of a large metropolitan city in mind, NY Brick & Brownstone appeals to owner- or tenant-occupied properties primarily located in the neighborhoods of Brooklyn, the most populous NYC borough, as well as in Manhattan and Queens.
