Windstar's Signature Collection Host Series features distinguished guests throughout the 2010 season, including Curtiss and Quisenberry. The duo will discuss Tuscan cooking during a lecture and question and answer session and also conduct a cooking demonstration. Curtiss was formally trained in classic French cuisine and taught at the Sofitel French Culinary School. He led the helm at Miami's Le Cafe Royale before becoming Executive Chef of Cafe des Artes on Ocean Drive. Curtiss' Northwest culinary adventure began in 1992 holding Executive Chef positions at Al Boccalino, Assaggio, Prego Ristorante as well as Chef Partner at II Fornaio.
