Disbursement Options Expanded Creating New Market Niche
Deal With Payment Processing Alliance Expects 3,000 Funding Transactions per Month
SAN DIEGO, March 12, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Global Payout, Inc. (OTC Pink: GOHE), a B2B Program Manager of electronic payment solutions, announced today it has signed a major agreement with Payment Processing Alliance (PPA). The contract is the first in a new and developing market niche for Global Payout and will provide fund disbursement options for PPA's customers whom are in the payroll processing and eCommerce businesses. The contract is a B2B contract, but will ultimately provide benefit to the B2C clients of PPA's customers. The new contract will enable Payment Processing Alliance's customers to offer a broader range of disbursement options beyond traditional check, cash or wire transfer options once a recipient is ready to receive disbursement of funds. By offering Global Payout's prepaid debit card solution, PPA will provide their clients with a more inclusive option to their customers who prefer not to deposit disbursement monies into their bank account, or might not have a bank account. PPA is estimating fund disbursements to Global Payout's prepaid debit cards at approximately 3,000 per month. As a result, the full activation of these accounts and prepaid cards should generate significant transactional revenue to Global Payout in 2014, commencing in the second calendar quarter. The signed agreement calls for an expected delivery of 1,000 prepaid cards for initial rollout.
PPA currently supports a diverse client base across a number of industries including payroll processing, e-commerce merchants, utility companies, medical groups, and affiliate marketers. The customization of specific industry payment processing solutions has resulted in over 200+ client companies integrating with PPA's automated processing interface. In addition, PPA has developed a complimentary array of fraud detection services that protect both the client merchant and their customers. Maintaining the confidentiality of financial and medical record information oversight is a critical component of PPA's services.
Payment Processing Alliance is also an ACH provider that serves a wide variety of industries which includes banks, money service businesses and organizations who primarily sell their products and services over the Internet. PPA has specific programs to serve bank partners including lockbox services, turn down programs and medical banking applications. In this area, PPA offers customized business payment solutions for a wide variety of e-Commerce industries beyond ACH which include Check 21 and Merchant Credit processing. Global Payout anticipates the expansion of services to PPA to include other market niches.
