"This strategic beta ETF allows investors to have unprecedented access to the strategies successfully deployed by well-known billionaires, in a way that's transparent, liquid and cost-efficient," said Brian Jacobs, President of Direxion Investments. "We look forward to continuing to harness our index-replication expertise to further democratize Wall Street—providing greater access to opportunities and data previously only available to the wealthiest and most sophisticated investors."
The iBillionaire Index, introduced in November 2013, consists of the 30 leading U.S. stocks in which a pool of up to 10 billionaires has invested the most assets. All billionaires in the pool must meet several criteria, including a portfolio turnover rate of less than 50 percent and a demonstrated long-term investment strategy.
The Index's curator, iBillionaire, utilizes a comprehensive technology and investment system to inform the Index methodology. The Index gives investors access to the financial data and investment choices of the most consistently successful U.S. investment billionaires. iBillionaire creates the Index using information culled from Securities and Exchange Commission 13F filings, and rebalances the composite on a quarterly basis.
"The Direxion iBillionaire Index ETF is an exciting endeavor to efficiently deliver the potential benefits of our index strategy to the widest spectrum of investors in the least amount of time," said Raul Moreno, Co-Founder and CEO of iBillionaire.

About iBillionaire
iBillionaire has set out to democratize Wall Street. Starting with an iOS app released in April 2013, the company has launched a web platform and Android application to help investors unlock information previously only available to a few. It gives users insights into the investment movements of billionaires like Warren Buffett, Carl Icahn and Daniel Loeb. It is a source of unique and exclusive data for the media and investors on trading activity and investment trends of billionaire investors.
Since its 2013 launch, iBillionaire has sought to harness this information in more tangible ways, hence the birth of the iBillionaire Index (NYSE: BILLION). Unveiled in November 2013, the iBillionaire Index curates the 30 leading U.S. equities in which a select pool of billionaires has allocated the most assets. In the spring of 2014, iBillionaire licensed the index to Direxion Investments, one of the most recognized ETF sponsors in the world, to launch an ETF.
