This latest promotion for Laake comes months after celebrating his 20th anniversary with the company. Previously, he held the titles of Senior Vice President and Group Manager, leading the Restaurant Practice at Directions.

Laake holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Cincinnati and a Master's in Business Administration from Xavier University. He is an active board member of Michigan State University's Master of Science in Marketing Research Program and is on the Board of Executive Advisors for Xavier University's Marketing Program.
