Analyst Update: License Awarded, Leadership Changes, Dividend Declaration, Financial Results and Strategic Partnerships

The U.S. stock market prolonged its winning streak on Friday, ending the day in green, as positive sentiments continued to buoy the markets after the Christmas holiday. The Dow Jones Industrial Average (DJIA) gained for seven consecutive trading days and ended the session at 18,053.71, up 0.13%, while the S&P 500 moved up 0.33% to 2088.77. The Nasdaq Composite advanced 0.70% and closed at 4,806.86, its highest level since March 2000. The European markets will remain close till Monday. The Asian stocks were mostly higher, as investors played down a slew of Japanese economic reports on inflation, industrial output and the labor market. The data showed that inflation in Japan was slowing, despite efforts of increasing it; however, the market reaction to the November figures was largely muted.
Century Casinos, Inc. (Century Casinos) announced that Horse Racing Alberta (HRA) has selected the Company together with its 25% partner with long-standing off-track betting network experience, to operate the pari-mutuel off-track horse betting network in Southern Alberta starting in 2015, comprising of Red Deer, Calgary, Lethbridge, Medicine Hat and the rural OTBs in this area.
Charter Communications, Inc. (Charter Communications) appointed Jodi Robinson as Senior Vice President, User Experience Design and Development, reporting to Rich DiGeronimo, Senior Vice President, Product and Strategy. The Company stated that Jodi in her new role will supervise the user experience design and development for all of Charter Communications' products.
The Children's Place, Inc. (Children's Place) announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.1325 per share to be paid on January 16, 2015 to shareholders of record at the close of business on December 26, 2014. Additionally, the Company announced the appointment of Anurup Pruthi as Senior Vice President and CFO, effective December 1, 2014.
China Auto Logistics Inc.'s (China Auto Logistics) Q3 2014 automobile sales revenue, accounting for 97.8% of total revenues, decreased 26.8% YoY resulting in a dip in revenues of 26.4% YoY for Q3 2014. Q3 2014 revenues stood at $92.4 million, down from $125.5 million in the year earlier period.
China Lodging Group Ltd. (China Lodging Group) and Accor S.A. signed binding documents to collaborate in the Pan-China region to develop Accor brands and to form a long-term alliance. The strategic partnership announced on December 14, 2014, will unite the strengths of Accor's global brands and network with China Lodging Group's vast coverage and strong development competence in China.
