Direct Sales Outlet Opening Progress of Prosperous Agriculture

SHENZHEN, China, May 30, 2011 /PRNewswire-Asia/ -- Uni Core Holdings Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: UCHC), an aggressive 'company doctor' and 'incubator' of mid- to large-size companies in China, gives an introduction on the direct sales outlet opening progress of Shaanxi Prosperous Agriculture Limited Company ("Prosperous Agriculture"), an incubation project of UCHC.

Prosperous Agriculture currently only opens model direct sales outlet in Shaanxi Province.  One of the newly set up direct sales outlets is located in Lao Town, part of Hu County in Shaanxi Province, with a total area of 400 square meters.  The set up includes display areas for fertilizers; pesticides; seeds; tools and other associated products; advertising, pick-up area and office.  The front-end and warehouse can stock nearly 500 tons of products, the direct sales outlet can cover around four surrounding towns and 20 villages.  During the trial operation, membership processing is the key objective as the busy fertilizer season is yet to come.  Up to now, nearly 1,000 farmer members' registration had been processed.  Farmers living in the neighborhood are all very interested in and appreciated the model of the direct sales outlet.  The business development team of Prosperous Agriculture has started propaganda in the village in preparation for the high season.
