Diplomat Pharmacy, Inc. Files Registration Statement for Proposed Initial Public Offering
FLINT, Mich., July 3, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Diplomat Pharmacy, Inc. announced today that it has filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the Securities and Exchange Commission relating to the proposed initial public offering of its common stock. The number of shares to be sold and the price range for the proposed offering have not yet been determined.
Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC and Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC are acting as lead book-running managers. Additional book-running managers are J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Wells Fargo Securities, LLC. William Blair & Company, L.L.C. and Leerink Partners LLC are acting as co-managers.
