(NYSE: DPLO), the nation's largest independent specialty pharmacy, today announced the appointment of Ben Wolin as independent Lead Director, effective immediately. Mr. Wolin, a member of the Company's Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee and its Audit Committee, was appointed to the newly created position by the Company's independent directors.
