DMI Leading Research and Development for a Growing Number of Government and Industry Leaders on the Application of Trusted Computing Technologies to Enhance Security
BETHESDA, Md., Oct. 15, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Digital Management, Inc., (DMI), a leading IT solutions and business strategy consulting firm, today announced that it has been selected by Intel Corporation to collaborate on the use and development of trusted computing technologies that can be used to bring new security-enhanced products and solutions to market.
DMI's expertise in trusted computing technologies and specifications is uniquely rich. DMI is a respected member of the Trusted Computing Group (TCG), actively defining many of the key trusted computing standards in use today. DMI personnel chair the TPM Work Group, the Trusted Mobility Solutions Work Group, and the Embedded Systems Hardcopy Sub Group, and are deeply engaged in a broad range of activities across the TCG.
A growing number of vendors and leaders in government and industry have concluded that hardware-based techniques are essential to safeguarding our systems and intellectual property. Establishing a trustworthy hardware-based foundation for IT security is a central thrust of DMI's work, and is increasingly being seen as vital to restoring effective protections for sensitive enterprise information.
"Intel is a pioneer in the trusted computing space," said Jay Sunny Bajaj, DMI's President and CEO. "As long-time proponents of trusted computing and hardware-based security ourselves, we are honored to work hand-in-hand with Intel to advance these important technologies to solve real-world challenges across platforms and around the globe."
