(OTCPK: CADY) is pleased to report that the Company's legal counsel, Zouvas Law Group, has been retained to prepare and file a Form 10 registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The primary purpose of filing the Form 10 is to satisfy certain requirements necessary for the Company to become a fully reporting issuer under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and upgrade its listing to OTCQB. The added disclosure, particularly of the Company's Audited Financial Statements, is expected to enhance the Company's ability to speak to a much larger investment audience and attract additional financing for its aggressive growth plan.
