OAKLAND, Calif., Nov. 18, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Comrade (comradeagency.com), a leading digital strategy and design agency, announced today the expansion of their leadership team with the appointment of Christy McMillian to Chief Operating Officer, and the hire of Robin Borelli, Client Partner. This expansion is reflective of the company's significant growth in 2016.

Christy McMillian, one of Comrade's co-founders, has been an integral part in growing the company over the past 10 years and managing key client relationships. Her focus as Chief Operating Officer will be to help position Comrade for continued sustainable growth and expansion of their operations, and to continue to work with clients.

Previously, she held the position of Account Director at Spring Studio and was a Global UX Partner at BBVA Compass after their recent acquisition. Prior to this, Borelli spent over a decade at Charles Schwab managing offerings for online properties, financial products and client reporting.
