Digicel Group Limited Completes US$1.5 Billion Corporate Bond Offering
Deal priced to yield 8.25%
KINGSTON, Jamaica, Sept. 19, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Digicel Group Limited ("DGL") today announced it has successfully completed a US$1.5 billion corporate bond offering.
The notes were priced to yield 8.25% and the use of proceeds of this offering will be to refinance its existing 2015 notes.
Digicel Group Limited is a leading emerging markets mobile phone operator providing services in 30 markets in the Caribbean, Central America and Pacific, with 13 million subscribers at end June 2012.

Citi, JP Morgan, Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank, Davy's acted as initial purchasers on the bond offering.
