Diet-to-Go Ranked #1 by Epicurious

LORTON, Va., Dec. 7, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Diet-to-Go, the diet meal plan delivery company that makes healthy eating easy by providing delicious, low-calorie, nutritionally balanced meals, recently won a blind test taste.

Epicurious, the well-known food experts, decided to investigate diet delivery plans to find "tasty meals that are both reasonably priced and healthy." They focused their search on companies that sell nationwide, offer meals that are available either fresh or frozen and can be ready to eat in just a few minutes. After sifting through the options they settled on eight that met their criteria, including Diet-to-Go, and conducted a careful and thorough blind taste test.

To conduct the test, judges compared the flavor, texture and appearance of various chicken-based entrees. The dishes were ranked according to Epicurious' stringent four-fork rating system wherein "four forks" is the highest rating; Diet-to-Go won receiving three and a half-forks.
