WINDSOR, Wis., July 12, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Diesel Forward® has signed an agreement to purchase the assets of Central Motive Power (CMP). The anticipated close date is mid-August, 2018. Both companies distribute diesel engine parts for leading global manufacturers such as Bosch®, Stanadyne®, Denso®, Delphi®, Alliant Power®, BorgWarner®, Garrett® and Holset® into the aftermarket. CMP has locations in Albuquerque, Denver and Pueblo West. This acquisition will strengthen Diesel Forward's presence in the mountain regions.
