Dielectric Corporation adds capacity and capabilities
New equipment enables company to meet needs of growing customer base
MENOMONEE FALLS, Wis., May 15, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Dielectric Corporation recently added two new pieces of manufacturing technology to its Menomonee Falls headquarter facility. A new 60-ton, eight-foot programmable press brake was added to handle increased demand for the forming of thermoplastics and light gauge non-ferrous metals. In addition, the company added a new two-spindle, four-axis router. The router is equipped with two 5' x 10' machining tables. The tables can be operated either in tandem or independently and simultaneously. The new equipment reduces material processing time and maximizes machining efficiency. The router can be used to process plastics, wood composites or non-ferrous metals like aluminum.
"The state-of-the-art equipment enables us to trim production time on both simple and complex products. This investment reflects our commitment to providing cost-effective solutions to our OEM customers," says Perry Pabich, Chief Operating Officer.
