NORTH CANTON, Ohio, March 27, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Tony Byerly, executive vice president of electronic security for Diebold, Incorporated (NYSE:DBD), has been named to Security Sales & Integration (SSI) magazine's Hall of Fame class of 2014. The honor, which was announced in SSI's March issue, recognizes security professionals for their commitment, leadership and impact on the security industry.
Throughout his career as a security industry leader, Byerly, who joined Diebold in 2012, has led teams and companies honored with top industry accolades, including SDM Dealer of the Year, SSI's Integrated Installation of the Year, SSI's Installation Company of the Year and many more. In the March issue, SSI referred to Byerly as, "Builder of brands, businesses and teams, he is one of the most accomplished executives in the modern security industry."

Byerly will be formally inducted during the industry's SAMMY Awards ceremony prior to the 2014 International Security Conference and Exposition (ISC) West, April 2-4 in Las Vegas.
