NORTH CANTON, Ohio, Oct. 23, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Diebold, Incorporated (NYSE: DBD), today announced that it has settled a lawsuit it filed in February 2013 in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio against NuSource Financial, Inc. of Eden Prairie, Minn.
