AUSTIN, Texas, April 14, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Dickey's Barbecue in Sunset Valley wants to know how many pulled pork sandwiches you can eat in 15 minutes. On April 28, the slow smoked barbecue chain is donating all proceeds from a food eating challenge to The Wounded Warrior Project. The event is scheduled at 2:00PM.

The cost to enter the contest is $25 per person. Dickey's is providing cash prizes for the top three winners who eat the most pulled pork sandwiches. The winner will receive a cash prize plus a donation in their name to the Wounded Warrior Project.

The Wounded Warrior Project (WWP) provides key rehabilitation opportunities for wounded warriors and raises public awareness for those that have been severely injured during the current war on terror.
Wounded Warrior Project is a non-profit organization whose mission is to honor and empower wounded warriors. WWP offers services and programs like benefits and career counseling, advocacy initiatives and combat stress seminars to aid in the transition from hospital bed to an independent, productive life.
