Country's Fastest Growing Barbecue Chain Continues Growth in Texas
SAN ANTONIO, June 21, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Peter Do sets out to open his first Dickey's Barbecue Pit, the largest quick-serve barbecue chain in the country, in his San Antonio community.

This is the first franchise opportunity for Do and the fourth Dickey's Barbecue Pit for San Antonio.

Peter, a graduate from Michigan State University, is originally from Michigan and then moved to San Antonio "for the friendly people, hot weather, and the awesome food," he said. "I've always loved Texas as a state, and I am really excited to be a part of it."

The original Dallas location is still open for business and Dickey's Barbecue Pit is still owned and operated by the Dickey Family.
