Dickey's Barbecue Pit Opens Third Location in Reno
America's Fastest Growing Quick Serve Strengthens Presence in Nevada
RENO, Nev., Aug. 29, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Dickey's Barbecue Pit launches a third location in Reno today, as Dean and Melissa Siracusa open a franchise location of the largest quick serve barbecue restaurant in the country at 1650 Robb Drive.
"Reno loves Dickey's Barbecue. It's exciting to continue building the barbecue presence in Nevada. From the barbecue sauce to the beef brisket to the free ice cream, nothing beats Dickey's Barbecue Pit," said Franchise Owner Dean Siracusa.
This is the 169th location nationwide for the barbecue chain that celebrates its 70th anniversary this October.
"It's overwhelming, but exciting, to open the doors to our third restaurant," Dean said. "We've been with the franchise since 1999 and continue to stick with the brand. Dickey's is family now."
The Siracusas first brought Dickey's Barbecue to their Reno community in 1999.
The first Dickey's Barbecue opened in 1941 in Dallas, TX.
Dickey's Barbecue is still owned and operated by the Dickey Family.
Committed to exceptional quality at an affordable price, Dickey's still slow smokes all of its signature meats overnight in every restaurant.
